Hope is not lost for Angelina Jolie playing a Bond girl. She says the reason she isn't going to be one in the next film, Casino Royale, is not because she turned it down at all but that she was never asked.
She told reporters "I would have given my eye teeth to land a role in a Bond movie."
"Every girl at some point wants to be a Bond Girl and I read these reports… the truth is no one asked me, simple as that. Would I have said yes? Of course. I had just done Sky Captain, which now looks like the nearest I will get to the role of a Bond Girl."
